Service Provided:
We no longer provide a routine pre-travel advice service. We provide a service for travellers with complex problems including medical conditions and for clients with corporate contracts and existing customers.

What do we consider a complex problem?
  • Travellers who are receiving treatment or being followed up by a doctor for their condition or are under specialist care for a medical problem.
  • Pregnant women
  • People living abroad for 6 months or more
  • Travellers over the age of 65

The Clinic does not provide a telephone medical information or advice service other than those listed below.

Patients may access the clinic by appointment. We charge an initial consultation fee of £15.00 for a typical 15 or 30 minute appointment. This fee does not apply to appointments for boosters, or subsequent visits in relation to the same journey.
