How to request Detailed Travel Health Information by Telephone using the Travel Healthline

  1. Look in the list for the tropical country or countries about which you require information. Make a note of the two-digit code or codes.
  2. Simply dial 020 7950 7799 and listen to the recorded voice. Follow the recorded voice instructions and it will tell you how to use the two-digit code or codes
  3. The Healthline system will then give you information about the health risks and health requirements for the country or countries you entered, calls cost 50p per minute and calls should last no longer than 6 - 8 minutes, (calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate).
