We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your goods within 30 days please contact Customer Services through the website form. Applicable carriage charges are calculated at the checkout.

UK Orders

Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail, charged according to weight, subject to a minimum charge of £ 2.50. Orders with a total value of more than £75.00 are delivered via Royal Mail free of charge. Next working day delivery is possible for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Next working day deliveries are made using our chosen carrier and are charged at £8.50, regardless of order value.

Orders with a total weight not exceeding 5kg are sent by CityLink Eurobag at a fixed price of £14.95. Heavier orders are sent by TNT Global Express - charged according to weight.

Orders with a total weight not exceeding 2kg may be sent either by International Signed For Airmail or TNT Global Express, orders over 2kg are sent by TNT Global Express. Charges are according to weight, subject to a minimum charge for Airmail of £6.00.
